The Engineering Society ball at UC is a big night. Hundreds of students, a venue to transform, and a committee that wants it to look like a real show. We brought the full package. Backline for the DJs, lighting to set the mood and ramp up the energy, audio that filled the room without feedback, and staging to give the performers a proper platform. Ball production is about making a blank venue feel like an event from the moment people walk in.
Ball season is busy for us and we've got the process dialled. Early consult with the committee, a plan that fits the budget, and a crew that transforms the room on the day.
